DMT Enzyme


产品介绍

本产品为改良型的DpnI限制性内切酶,与传统的DpnI限制性内切酶相比,具有更高的活性。该酶可以有效地识别并切割腺嘌呤甲基化的GmATC序列,而不能切割非甲基化的GATC序列。DMT Enzyme与多种PCR酶的反应缓冲液兼容(如EasyPfuTransStart FastPfu等),PCR结束后,在反应体系中直接加入该酶即可工作,反应结束后,无需加热失活即可进行下游转化实验。
