TransZol  Plant


产品介绍

TransZol Plant采用改良的CTAB法裂解细胞,避免多糖多酚和RNA结合,从而有效分离RNA。适用于从80-100 mg富含多糖、多酚的植物材料中提取总RNA,例如香菇、香蕉果实、芒果果实、马铃薯块茎、胡萝卜及虎皮兰叶片等材料。另外,也适用于从某些动物组织,如脂肪、结缔组织种提取总RNA
