产品介绍

TransScript® II Reverse Transcriptase 是对TransScript® RT基因改造(提高热稳定性),在大肠杆菌中表达纯化得到的高温反转录酶,无RNaseH活性。该酶可在42℃-55℃(高温有利于打开RNA二级结构)条件下合成第一链cDNA,最佳反应温度50℃。具有灵敏度高、特异性高、聚合能力强(较多的全长cDNA)、热稳定性高和半衰期长的特点。
